Bridge Bearing Gap Filler

Problem Description
Unevenness of Base plate surface and the gap that causing raining water flow inside as well. The gap should be filling up 100% full therefore all surface full connected to support the bridge structure.

Conditions & Requirement
•   Dimension of application area 4m²
•   Bearing already installed and on half loads position
•   Total design loads on repair segment > 3.000tons
•   Material resist against weather, no corrosion and sea environment

Solution
To solve the issue with the requirement from the client, we decide to use the material from Diamant With the version was MM1018 FL. With Diamant MM1018 materials, the surface can 100% level and connection point between steel plate can be 100% connected forcefully and. Compressive strength after cured ≥ 160 MPa. Corresponding fatigue strength was tested in some experiment with 10 million load changes. Application performed by injection and material will be curing after 16 hours.

Advantages
Applied by 4 experiences PANCAKA Technician and assisted with 2 local workers, the gap 100% full compensate and the bridge can put back on position as design. Otherwise, the material also resists against weather, no corrosion, and sea environment.
