One of the process in our pipeline maintenance are cleaning. This process are essential due to the condition of most of the used pipe in the industries. The inner side of the pipeline must be already filled up with subtence and also corroted and This condition makes the flow in the pipeline not running well. With our solution, the pipeline will be clean and giving back to it performance. Not only for big pipe, also for the small pipe from 2" up to 8" sizes.

How our Inner cleaning inner pipeline work?

There are 3 steps in our cleaning process which are descaling, mechanical cleaning and flushing.
Descaling internal pipes refers to the process of removing mineral deposits, scale, and other build-up from the inner surfaces of pipes. This build-up can occur over time due to hard water, rust, corrosion, or the accumulation of other substances
Mechanical descaling techniques are used. This can involve the use of specialized brushes, scrapers, or water jets to physically dislodge and remove the scale. The mechanical approach is often combined with chemical descaling to achieve optimal results.
After the descaling process, the pipes are thoroughly flushed to remove any remaining loose debris, chemicals, or scale particles. This helps ensure a clean and unobstructed flow through the pipes
