Our anti-friction protection solution material is a medium to high viscous 2 component low friction way liner. It is used for the production of guides and hydrostatic guides. The dimensionally accurate impression technique enables complex shapes and structures without mechanical processing with a precision in the µm range.
After the coating surface ready, mix up the 2 material. Make sure to mix all of the material, don't reduce to avoid material failure. When mixing is done, apply the material to the surfaces until meet the designated layer and after it done, leave the coating surfaces until the surfaces dry.
